Vice President, Head of Government Partnerships

Build and lead federal government partnership strategy end-to-end, owning revenue-generating relationships with agencies such as DOE, ARPA-E, NIH, DARPA, BARDA, and DoD. Shape opportunities pre-RFP, convert meetings into pilots, CRADAs, and major procurements, and deliver on revenue targets. Lead and scale a growing Government Partnerships team, represent Lila at senior agency and interagency levels, and craft differentiated government narratives aligned to national priorities.
