Job Summary

Product Manager Digital Identity leads the definition of ambition, value proposition and roadmap for Edenred’s Digital Identity domain. You will drive discovery with users and stakeholders, frame functional and non-functional requirements, manage agile delivery, ensure interoperability across domain products, and embed privacy and security governance. You’ll define APIs, events and data models, track KPIs, and support country rollouts to consolidate identity capabilities across Edenred’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the product strategy and vision for the Digital Identity domain, aligning with market and country needs and prioritizing initiatives through OKRs and business cases.
•Lead discovery with users and stakeholders (markets, business teams, Legal/Security, Tech) and formalize needs into user stories, PRDs and requirements with a strong UX.
•Drive backlog, releases and delivery with engineering in an agile/lean setup, ensuring production reliability and acceptance criteria.
•Ensure interoperability across domain products (identity/access, verification, consent/preferences, notifications, marketing tools) and harmonized integration within Edenred’s ecosystem.
•Embed privacy-by-design and security-by-design in partnership with Legal/Privacy/Security, document governance and manage operational/regulatory risks.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in Product Management of cross-domain/platform capabilities in an international environment.
•Mastery of the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, internal go-to-market, operations and continuous improvement.
•Solid understanding of application architectures and integrations (APIs, events), non-functional requirements (security, performance, privacy), and the principles of identity/access, preference/consent, notifications and verification.
•Data fluency: define metrics, analyze outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
•Agile/lean practices, backlog/roadmap management, PRD/user story writing, and experiment/test design.
