Key Responsibilities

•Lead client-facing growth initiatives—owning propositions, managing internal and external relationships, and driving pipeline creation and conversion.
•Act as growth lead for Employee Experience propositions, ensuring seamless handover from sales to onboarding and maintaining client confidence.
•Build and maintain relationships with priority brokers and enterprise partners; co-create solution plays and run joint sessions (webinars, workshops).
•Drive proactive pipeline management with forecast accuracy; create new opportunities across brokers, enterprise clients, and new logos.
•Lead high-quality responses for EX-related RFPs, ensuring compelling narratives and compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in client-facing growth roles (consulting, sales, or business development)
•Proven experience in the Employee Experience (EX) field
•Strong ability to lead complex propositions and influence senior stakeholders
•Advanced level of English, written and spoken, with ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and international teams
•Experience with brokers/insurance partners and exposure to insurance/brokerage sectors
