Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue growth by advising your team on share of wallet, upselling and cross selling, and building strong merchant relationships.
•Set clear individual and team goals focused on revenue growth and report performance to executives.
•Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven environment and identify training needs for team development.
•Provide coaching on strategic account planning, contract negotiations, product roadmap discussions, and executive engagement.
•Influence the global payments strategy for enterprise companies and collaborate cross-functionally to translate merchant needs into product improvements.

Key Requirements

•Native in Mandarin with business proficiency in English
•Solid experience in payments, alternative payments methods, or card acquiring industry
•Experience in engaging with C-suites in enterprise companies within e-commerce, digital, online marketplaces or platform industry
•At least 2+ years experience in managing teams
•Experience in revenue driving position with track record of growing share of wallet, cross-selling, upselling is highly desirable
