Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
  • •Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, promotions, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store areas such as consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Be fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) and the ability to operate a retail POS system.
  • •Be able to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
