Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the vision, roadmap, and operating model for AI-enabled digital products and platform capabilities.
  • •Operate as general manager for the AI products and platforms domain, making integrated decisions across CX, product strategy, technology feasibility, marketing, analytics, legal/risk/compliance, operations, distribution, and commercialization.
  • •Identify and develop opportunities to use emerging technology to solve high-value customer, colleague, and business problems.
  • •Translate ambiguous opportunities into product concepts, customer journeys, requirements, MVPs, test plans, and scalable roadmaps.
  • •Lead product development from 0-to-1 through 1-to-n scaling, partnering cross-functionally to move products from concept to launch and build product-led growth loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •15+ years of related experience in product management, digital platforms, AI-enabled products, technology, innovation, financial services/fintech, consulting, or related fields.
  • •Experience building AI-enabled products, workflow tools, digital platforms, customer or colleague tools, or emerging technology products.
  • •Experience launching 0-to-1 products and scaling successful products across multiple audiences, segments, or use cases.
