•Acquire and incubate brands, principals, and big merchants that drive large GMV.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships; negotiate and secure best deals by campaign or seasonality.
•Identify and develop collaborative opportunities aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term plans, including JBPs.
•Maintain seller service quality (e.g., low cancellation/return rates) and support shipping and other factors to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
•Manage merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in e-commerce industry.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Medium oral proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for communication with Chinese-speaking sellers.
•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with attention to detail and strong problem-solving.
