Key Responsibilities

•Lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for our client base including corporate clients, private equity groups and lenders
•Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate other Grant Thornton capabilities with cross-functional teams and international colleagues
•Serve as the day-to-day point person on engagements; lead meetings and calls with clients and target management
•Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and strategic buyers across various industries
•Draft reports to socialize findings around quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance and articulate key issues in a transaction

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 223,514 - 279,393 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred
•Minimum 10 years of related work experience in a consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients at a national level
•Industry-recognized professional certification required; CPA or related license/certification preferred
•Strong knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
