Key Responsibilities

  • •Steure den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Software-Assets inklusive Beschaffung, Nutzung, Optimierung, Renewals und Ausserbetriebnahme.
  • •Sorge für eine belastbare Lizenz- und Vertragsdatenbasis mit Audit- und Compliance-Fähigkeit.
  • •Erstelle Transparenz über Softwarekosten, entwickle Forecasts und Business Cases und identifiziere konkrete Optimierungs- und Einsparmöglichkeiten.
  • •Steuere softwarebezogene Vertrags- und Lizenzthemen und unterstütze komplexe Verhandlungen eng mit Procurement, Finance, Legal, Group SAM und Herstellern.
  • •Bewerte regelmäßig den Gesundheitszustand des SAM-Frameworks, berichte strukturiert ans Management und verfolge Hersteller-Lizenzmodelle, SaaS/Cloud sowie AI-/Copilot-Lizenzierung und FinOps.

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lizenz- und Software-Vertragsmanagement, idealerweise in einem komplexen Unternehmensumfeld (Industrie oder Finanzbereich von Vorteil).
  • •Expertenwissen in Software Asset Management, Software Licensing, Contract Management und IT Financial Management inklusive Cost Optimization und Vendor Management.
  • •Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Lizenzierung sowie mit AI-/Copilot-Lizenzierung; Kenntnisse in Flexera und ServiceNow.
  • •Nachweisbare Erfolge bei Kosteneinsparungen und Optimierungsinitiativen.
  • •Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Governance & Compliance, Risk Management, Business Case Development und Data Analytics.
