  • •Drive value stream growth, develop standard work, and lead training, cross-training, and skill-gap evaluation for direct reports.
  • •Maintain quality standards and drive sustainable corrective actions; lead investigations for near misses, accidents, quality, and property damage.
  • •Partner with engineering and product teams for manufacturability, machine specifications, launch timelines, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and BOM yield reviews.
