•Direct and control manufacturing process elements for assigned value streams within capital and budget parameters.
•Assume accountability for safety, production costs, and efficiency; ensure safe working conditions and strict EH&S compliance.
•Drive value stream growth, develop standard work, and lead training, cross-training, and skill-gap evaluation for direct reports.
•Maintain quality standards and drive sustainable corrective actions; lead investigations for near misses, accidents, quality, and property damage.
•Partner with engineering and product teams for manufacturability, machine specifications, launch timelines, and inventory accuracy through cycle counts and BOM yield reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,600 - 153,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a relevant equivalent course of study.
•5–10 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.

•Experience in a fabrication/machining environment with mechanical background.
•Knowledge of FLOW Manufacturing, Six Sigma/Kaizen techniques, and SAP systems.
