Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and oversee strategic planning for the Sports Business Unit, including investment strategies, business plans, and financial frameworks for multi-billion-dollar projects.
  • •Drive capital optimization and investment strategy using sophisticated financial modeling and strategic investment assessment.
  • •Lead development of commercial models and revenue strategies for sports assets in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • •Direct feasibility studies, strategic assessments, and valuation of investments, partnerships, and development opportunities, including capital structure and risk management.
  • •Develop board-level business cases and long-term forecasting/scenario planning to optimize portfolio performance and returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 15-18 years of relevant experience in financial strategy and business planning.
  • •Proven track record leading financial strategy and business planning for large-scale development projects ($1B+).
  • •Demonstrated expertise in capital markets, project finance, and investment strategy, including commercial frameworks and revenue optimization.
