Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize the SAP Sovereign Cloud system landscape for Germany.
  • •Set up multi-system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
  • •Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • •Continuously improve implementation documentation.
  • •Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance cloud operation processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work independently on complex issues while collaborating with experts across different time zones to protect customer success.
  • •Expertise with GitLab and experience with CI/CD.
  • •Familiarity with Terraform and Ansible.

  • •Experience with at least one of Kubernetes, Helm, Python, or BASH scripting; willingness to work in a 24/7 on-call shift environment.
