•Drive publisher acquisition by mapping the Maghreb and West Africa to identify high-potential publishers and creators and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
•Onboard partners and ensure ad units and formats are optimized for demand using tools like Google Ad Manager (GAM).
•Monitor publisher performance and RPM, analyzing data to inform monetization strategies and regional commercial direction.
•Cultivate day-to-day relationships with publishers to ensure satisfaction and retention, acting as their monetization consultant.
•Identify upsell opportunities by implementing high-impact formats (e.g., Interstitials, Video), Header Bidding, and exclusive inventory access.
