Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all logistics for interview scheduling from request receipt through the end of the interview process.
  • •Update candidate records and manage interview coordination requests in Greenhouse (ATS) and ModernLoop.
  • •Assist candidates with travel and hotel accommodations through Egencia.
  • •Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by navigating interviewers’ schedules, greeting candidates, and facilitating onsite interviews.
  • •Own process improvement by identifying bottlenecks to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency; lead onboarding/mentoring and (on a lead path) manage time and attendance, performance, and engagement of direct reports (contractors).

  • •Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Recruiting in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication with an emphasis on providing good customer service.
