Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct industry and technical research on autonomous driving development trends, simulation testing progress, and VTD simulation software architecture and core module logic.
  • •Independently design and implement full-scenario autonomous driving simulation testing solutions for diverse customer requirements, covering MIL/SIL/HIL/DIL and cloud-based simulation.
  • •Provide full-lifecycle technical support for VTD simulation testing, promptly resolving technical faults across software operation, environment setup, and test execution.
  • •Independently diagnose and fix VTD technical defects involving software usage, simulation runtime, and system compatibility.
  • •Configure and customize VTD parameters and core modules (including IG/ROD/MM) and build/adapt camera sensor and LiDAR simulation models to match hardware specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in autonomous driving simulation testing with proven AD testing project delivery, including deployment, maintenance, and optimization of simulation test systems.
  • •Expertise in full VTD functions, including setup/commissioning/delivery of VTD-based XIL solutions and strong understanding of scenario simulation, vehicle dynamics simulation, and automated testing tools.
  • •Skilled in VTD cloud simulation solutions, including architecture design, deployment, compatibility debugging, and maintenance/optimization on private-cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong troubleshooting ability to diagnose and fix VTD defects related to software usage, simulation runtime, and system compatibility.
  • •Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields (with an indicated possible relaxation to a bachelor’s degree for outstanding candidates).
