Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product strategy and roadmap for partner-first GTM and PRM capabilities, translating business needs into scalable product capabilities.
  • •Build scalable partner workflows for onboarding, deal registration, attribution, approvals, and partner operations.
  • •Define and deliver integrations between Salesforce, partner platforms, telemetry, and internal systems.
  • •Own product requirements (PRDs), success metrics, product backlog/roadmap, and track adoption and impact.
  • •Partner with stakeholders and engineering in an Agile environment to deliver releases and manage change management using KPIs and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, including building or managing PRM, partner operations, or channel platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of deal registration, attribution, partner workflows, and GTM partner operations.
  • •Experience translating complex partner requirements into scalable platform capabilities, including AI-native automation and Salesforce-based partner ecosystems/integrations.
  • •Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM and customer lifecycle processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
