Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, supervise, and assign work to maintenance engineers and supervisors to complete activities safely and on time.
  • •Implement preventive and coordinate corrective maintenance based on plant requirements.
  • •Ensure effective maintenance execution using the CMMS through SAP and optimize utilization of materials and human resources.
  • •Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and I&C teams; analyze maintenance problems, troubleshoot, and identify root causes of chronic/intermittent issues.
  • •Manage IMS objectives and compliance activities (including Permit to Work, assessments, waste management practices, and contractor/subcontractor oversight).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience and training (20+ preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System principles.
  • •Hazard Risk Assessment and Aspect Impact Assessment knowledge; strong investigation and root-cause analysis skills.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP as an end user and computer literacy (e.g., MS Outlook).
