Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV, conferencing, streaming, and production equipment for meetings, events, broadcasts, and hybrid experiences.
  • •Support live streaming and video production to ensure smooth, reliable, high-quality event delivery.
  • •Conduct pre-event technical checks, risk assessments, and equipment readiness reviews to minimize disruption during live execution.
  • •Coordinate event logistics (vendors, venues, equipment setup, transportation, room layouts, seating, lighting, permits/licenses, and documentation).
  • •Provide on-site technical and operational support during event execution and post-event breakdown while gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in AV operations and event support.
  • •Proven track record supporting successful events and delivering high-quality results.
  • •Hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment (cameras, microphones, lighting, projectors, displays).
  • •Experience supporting live streaming, video production, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Twitch.
