AR Collection & Dispute Manager

Manage an accounts receivable (AR) portfolio and related processes to minimize AR risk and maximize sales opportunities. Lead and develop a team responsible for reviewing accounts, resolving customer collection and invoice discrepancy issues, and escalating risks when needed. Collaborate with customers and internal/external partners to keep AR current, drive process improvements, and provide analysis and reporting using SAP, Excel, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
