Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the AR portfolio and related processes in line with company policies and customer requirements
  • •Review accounts regularly to ensure accurate data and timely follow-up/escalation
  • •Collaborate with customers and resolve problem accounts, recommending collection or legal status as needed
  • •Lead and manage designated staff, including training, KPIs, workload balancing, performance reviews, and mentorship
  • •Develop AR analyses and reporting and support audits, global policy/process maintenance, and ad-hoc projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems
  • •6–8 years of related experience
  • •Prior team leadership experience
  • •Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (preferred)
