Job Summary

Instruct commercial aircraft engine maintenance training for Pratt & Whitney products (including PurePower PW1000G and IAE V2500) at the Customer Training Centre and on-site at customer and MRO locations worldwide. Teach topics such as engine familiarization, line/base maintenance, fundamentals, heavy maintenance, borescope, engine change, FOD, and human factors. Design and evaluate courseware using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process, support aviation skill development programs, and uphold employee health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Instruct commercial engine maintenance training for PurePower Programs (PW1000G) and IAE V2500 to internal and external airline customers at the Customer Training Centre and on-site worldwide.
•Deliver engine-specific familiarization, line and base maintenance, jet engine fundamentals, heavy maintenance, borescope, engine change, FOD, and human factors instruction.
•Support aviation skill development programs aligned to government skill development initiatives in the region.
•Design courseware using the in-house Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process and evaluate content and accuracy, recording quality escapes to support CORE requirements.
•Field customer requests, direct customers to appropriate support personnel, and ensure Employee Health and Safety (EH&S).

Key Requirements

•Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with B1 license endorsement (preferred) or technician experience on aircraft fitted with IAE V2500/PW1100G, PT-6 series, CFM-56, LEAP, or GE NX engines, with 5–8 years of aviation maintenance/MRO experience.
•OR Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) in Aeronautical or Mechanical with 5–8 years of aviation experience.
•Experience in aviation CAR145/CAR 147/CAMO in airframe/engines (preferred).
•2+ years of aircraft maintenance instructional experience (preferred).
•Strong interest in an instruction profile and enjoy training others; fluent English (written and verbal).
