Job Summary

Join the Surface Radars and Sensors (SR&S) Modeling & Simulation team to advance the Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) product. You’ll lead development of radar OSI architectures and requirements, update system-of-system functional/performance requirements, and benchmark algorithm designs. Partner with software and integration/test engineers to define test scenarios and verification approaches, ensuring system-level performance aligns with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of architectures and requirements to define, characterize, and document radar OSI M&S capabilities.
•Update architectural framework artifacts including system-of-system functional and performance requirements, algorithm descriptions, test scenarios, and verification approaches.
•Perform requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and confirm system-level performance against operational objectives.
•Collaborate with software and integration/test engineers to deliver high-performing radar solutions.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and less than 2 years of prior experience.
•Experience with radar systems and/or systems engineering, including Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
•Experience with radar signal processing, signal processing theory, and/or signal modeling.
•Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or Linux OS platforms.
•Knowledge of radar system concepts such as detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal processing algorithms is preferred.
