Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the production process and product using sensory, weight control, and analytical methods to maintain consistency and specifications.
  • •Evaluate finished products for moisture, ingredient content, breakage, color, package fill, raw/finished weights, seal integrity, code date legibility, and overall quality.
  • •Accurately perform and document QA testing for incoming raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and outside-supplier products.
  • •Utilize testing equipment for verification and perform plant sanitation verifications to support allergen-free, clean equipment.
  • •Communicate out-of-compliance situations to production employees and Production/QA Supervisors while adhering to safety and hygiene procedures.
