Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver OCM workstreams from start to finish within customer programs, from change strategy to training, communication, and adoption follow-up.
  • •Support Microsoft-based transformations by helping customers introduce tools such as M365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint.
  • •Conduct role, process, and stakeholder change analyses to identify what changes, who is impacted, and what support is needed.
  • •Develop and run communication and training plans (audience-tailored messaging, leader talking points, training needs analysis, course design, delivery, and feedback).
  • •Build and activate change networks (change ambassadors, superusers, process owners), measure results, report outcomes, and facilitate workshops/strategic meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Around 3–8 years of experience in change management, ideally from consulting or customer-facing delivery roles.
  • •Hands-on OCM experience in technology-driven programs, preferably with Microsoft platforms such as M365, D365, Copilot, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
  • •Experience across core OCM disciplines: change strategy, stakeholder management, communication, training, and adoption/use follow-up.
  • •Comfort working in structured program environments together with tech, data, and project teams.
  • •Strong end-to-end delivery capability across the change journey (strategy, impact/analysis, communication, training, change networks, and usage follow-up).
