Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners across security, identity, cloud, collaboration, DevOps, and related ecosystems.
  • •Own the integration and partner pipeline from initial research and outreach through technical evaluation, onboarding, validation, launch, and ongoing coordination.
  • •Review API/webhook documentation to assess feasibility, dependencies, authentication requirements, and implementation scope; independently test and troubleshoot integration behavior.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners, managing communications, technical follow-ups, onboarding steps, and launch coordination.
  • •Maintain integration health post-launch, partner with Marketing/Documentation for accurate publishing and support, and define/report metrics on pipeline progress and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in software development, integrations engineering, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, or a related technical role.
  • •Hands-on ability to read, understand, and write code or scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
  • •Strong experience working with APIs and webhooks, including testing, validating payloads/events, and troubleshooting based on documentation.
  • •Experience using tools such as Postman, curl, and Git (or similar) for development and integration testing.
  • •Ability to translate partner needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams, managing a high-volume integrations pipeline from sourcing through launch.
