Workplace: Onsite
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Modify Unreal Engine’s renderer to run independent worlds or cameras across GPUs and build the cloud job-orchestration layer.
  • •Maximize hardware throughput and GPU efficiency using custom parallelization, caching strategies, and high-performance interconnect communication.
  • •Integrate the rendering system with internal toolchains and data pipelines for synthetic data generation.
  • •Profile workloads and use roofline analysis and root-cause diagnosis to eliminate compute and I/O bottlenecks.
  • •Collaborate with research, infrastructure, and data teams to scale distributed execution and improve system robustness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 325,000 annually
Perks:Equity

Key Requirements

  • •Master low-level Unreal rendering architecture and GPU programming, with strong graphics performance engineering as the primary focus.
  • •Deliver performance engineering outcomes using telemetry profiling, roofline analysis, latency/throughput optimization, and systematic root-cause analysis.
  • •Work deeply with the Unreal rendering stack, including platform-agnostic rendering, command list abstractions, and the RHI layer, plus GPU resource lifetime/synchronization and async compute.
  • •Use GPU optimization skills including CUDA and Vulkan, with experience in kernel-level tuning, memory hierarchy management, and bandwidth efficiency.
  • •Be highly proficient in C++ and CUDA, with strong Python (and possibly Rust) skills and practical Vulkan implementation and shader/material pipeline experience.
