Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to keep production equipment safe and effective. Perform preventive maintenance, document work completion, and follow 5S and all EHS, ISO, Food Safety, and GMP policies. Fabricate compliant components as needed, execute risk assessment/NRTHA practices, and communicate changes to team leads or managers. Support continuous facility improvements in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and make repairs to electrical systems and other mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, ensuring equipment is safe before returning it to production.
•Test and verify the effectiveness of repairs and perform preventative maintenance.
•Actively participate in continuous improvement for facility, equipment, and procedures; ensure work centers adhere to 5S discipline.
•Document task completion per department standards and communicate important changes to the Manager or Lead.
•Fabricate equipment or components compliant with Management of Change standards and follow EHS, ISO, Food Safety, and GMP policies; report unsafe conditions.

Key Requirements

•Maintenance experience required, including ability to operate automation, assembly, and molding equipment competently.

•Must follow safety and quality expectations and work according to EHS, ISO, Food Safety, and GMP policies and procedures.
•Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Office 360 applications.
