Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver the requested items to the customer in timely manner and collect the payment as per the invoice communicated from the pharmacist.
•Support & Double check orders preparation by collaborating with the pharmacist and transferring the order from stores to the cars to ensure orders accuracy and customers’ satisfaction level are achieved.
•Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the vehicle as per the operations instructions in order to prevent any damage.
•Return the undelivered items to the pharmacy (returns, damages items, undesired from customers….etc.).
•Park the vehicle by the pharmacy in the agreed spot after delivering all the orders to ensure the vehicle security.

Key Requirements

•Highschool Diploma
•1 Year of Experience
•Relevant Driving License
•Ability to comply with governmental regulations and safety instructions
•Strong focus on order accuracy and customer satisfaction
