Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and develop reports and models for performance tracking and optimization, drawing recommendations from analysis.
•Build, enhance and streamline reports to help stakeholders understand performance and identify action points.
•Perform ad-hoc analyses on business trends and results, translating results to leadership and key stakeholders.
•Provide input on ongoing projects and initiatives to reach business targets, collaborating with relevant teams.
•Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve team performance and measurement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of experience in Analytics, Project Management, or Operations Excellence roles.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Data Science, IT, or related field.
•Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python or similar.
•Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to measure performance and drive decisions.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
