Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end deployment lifecycle for one or more enterprise clients, from commercial brief through offboarding.
  • •Drive adoption and value realized as the outcome of each deployment, not just go-live delivery.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for client operational and technical stakeholders throughout the engagement.
  • •Define success criteria early (evaluation criteria and acceptance thresholds) and run deployment cadence including check-ins and steercos.
  • •Work with product and engineering to translate client feedback into platform improvements and prioritized requests.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management, strategy consulting, program management, or a closely related role coordinating technical delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • •Comfort working without a fixed playbook; shape and own how the deployment function operates for each client.
  • •Technical depth to discuss AI concepts with engineers (e.g., LLMs, agents, evals, RAG, orchestration) and critique designs and risks.
  • •Experience building trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders, up to executive sponsors and C-suite leaders.
  • •Prior exposure to agentic systems, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus.
