Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Director/Senior Director to operationalize strategic goals and lead a team within an assigned Enterprise Operations business function.
•Execute department plans to coordinate team activities (on and offshore), achieve performance targets, and manage controls and risks.
•Create and maintain a customer-centric environment by gathering customer input, implementing continuous process improvements, and meeting customer satisfaction targets.
•Maintain and oversee a controls framework by monitoring risk, validating results, and escalating issues with mitigation strategies.
•Coach and develop team members, coordinate change initiatives, and leverage workforce planning models to support service strategy delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,000 - 124,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in financial, insurance, and/or operations with proven strategic leadership, business acumen, relationship, and customer service skills.
•A four-year degree in a business/related field or equivalent experience.
•If securities licensing is required, obtain it within 90 days of when variable-related activities commence.
•Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future (includes H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas).
•Ability to execute controls, manage risks, and achieve business performance targets in an operations environment.
