Own customer success for voice AI integrations: onboard new customers, understand their use cases, and work directly with teams to integrate voice AI models into current and future product features. Lead commercial and project meetings, manage a portfolio of technical customers, and grow API usage across products and end-customer scenarios.

•Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure needs are met throughout their journey.
•Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to integrate voice AI into product roadmaps.
•Manage a portfolio of technical customers, supporting them asynchronously with timely, high-quality responses.
•Lead commercial and project meetings to demonstrate the value of voice AI capabilities.
•Drive growth in customers’ usage of the API and provide insights from customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Have 4+ years of experience as a technical account manager, account manager, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consultant.
•Preferred experience working with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks.
•Be familiar with AI/ML tools (strong plus).
•Have a passion for AI technology and applying it to real-world customer challenges.
•Be able to identify voice AI integration opportunities and create detailed execution plans.
