Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
  • •Oversight & administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, including critical facility infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.
  • •Responsible for staffing and supervisory duties of Production Operations Specialists, including hiring, scheduling and performance management in accordance with local station policies
  • •Oversee technical support, incident response operations and customer communication.
  • •Provide processes, resourcing and guidance to ensure team objectives & SLAs are met.
