Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the administration and delivery of major, high-value road and transport infrastructure contracts to meet time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual objectives.
  • •Act as Superintendent / Contract Administrator / Administrator’s Representative or Principal’s Representative as required by project and client needs.
  • •Provide senior contractual and commercial leadership across the full project lifecycle, including mobilisation, construction, completion, and close-out.
  • •Manage variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, and other commercial matters.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, establish governance and reporting, monitor expenditure and cash flow, and advise on emerging commercial risks and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification recognised by Engineers Australia).
  • •RPEQ registration.
  • •Extensive experience in contract administration and delivery of major road infrastructure projects.
  • •Significant experience acting as a Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Administrator’s Representative, or Principal’s Representative.
  • •Strong knowledge of administering complex road construction contracts, including variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, disputes, and contractor performance.
