Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students in an online environment.
  • •Personalize instruction based on students’ mastery levels and support course content implementation under guidance from principal and coach.
  • •Maintain gradebooks to support academic integrity, make placement and promotion decisions, and alert administrators to student performance and progress concerns.
  • •Establish and maintain positive rapport with families; communicate with students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner.
  • •Prepare students for high-stakes standardized tests and provide curricular/troubleshooting support for virtual classroom needs.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 46,000

Key Requirements

  • •North Carolina High School CRE teaching certification required.
  • •Active state teaching license.
