Inside Transportation Specialist

Coordinate inside vehicle transportation to ensure timely deliveries and strong customer service. Dispatch and manage transport orders using the company’s TMS platform, pull and process orders for key accounts, and accurately enter rates and location details. Validate data integrity before dispatch, assign customers and accounts, and escalate discrepancies to senior team members. The role is onsite in Tempe and offers clear progression from Specialist I to Senior Specialist.
