Job Summary

Implement, support, evangelize, and expand Teleport at enterprise customers across the full lifecycle. Design and deploy Teleport solution architecture hands-on, configure and troubleshoot using best practices, and serve as the primary triage point for technical blockers. Create customized training, drive adoption and quarterly business reviews, and plan enterprise-wide rollouts. Partner with Sales and Product on upsell/cross-sell and prioritize product feedback.

•Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments.
•Deploy and configure Teleport hands-on and communicate implementation best practices.
•Provide triage and troubleshooting for technical issues, escalating high-complexity cases to engineering.
•Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training; evangelize the solution to wider customer organizations.
•Plan and support enterprise-wide rollout, including Quarterly Business Results meetings and documenting customer goals and challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,700 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
•8+ years experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration.
•Linux administration skills.
•Hands-on experience with a major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure; certifications are a plus.
•Strong understanding of Kubernetes and security technologies including SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC.
