Own the affluent client experience by building and maintaining long-term relationships for Affluent Wealth Management. •Deliver the overall affluent client experience by collaborating with relevant internal entities to provide the full spectrum of products and services.
•Develop, manage, and retain affluent wealth management client relationships through proactive contact of assigned and prospective clients.
•Provide expert advice and counsel by understanding clients’ needs and goals and recommending product and service solutions.
•Identify and coordinate with other experts (e.g., mortgage, small business banking, personal trust services) to meet client needs.
•Increase and manage the book of business through ongoing client engagement.
