Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain People Analytics dashboards, reporting solutions, and workforce data products across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Design scalable SQL models and reporting pipelines to turn complex datasets into reliable business insights.
  • •Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve operational efficiency through analytics and technology.
  • •Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions and outcomes.
  • •Build self-service reporting solutions, including Workday reports and workbooks and Tableau visualizations; explore AI-enabled analytics for added value.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related analytical roles.
  • •Strong SQL skills working with large, complex datasets, preferably in Google BigQuery (GCP) environments.
  • •Experience building dashboards and analytics products using Tableau or equivalent BI platforms.
  • •Preferred: experience using Python for reporting automation, data transformation, or analytical workflows.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations, with strong stakeholder management skills.
