Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap across FE Procurement, Planning, and related functions, defining outcomes, priorities, and alignment to business strategy.
  • •Manage the AI product backlog end to end by refining requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritizing using value-versus-effort and strategic-fit frameworks.
  • •Lead product discovery by defining user personas, mapping procurement workflows and pain points, and validating use cases before committing to build.
  • •Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to design, execute, and deliver AI and agentic projects, including assessing data readiness and defining data requirements.
  • •Partner with procurement and functional organizations to identify and prioritize opportunities and lead cross-functional projects through deployment, adoption, and value realization using KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of work experience in semiconductor manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or related fields.
  • •Experience owning the full product lifecycle for data-driven, AI, or agentic products from discovery through adoption.
  • •Strong data fluency to reason about data models, data quality, pipelines, and analytics and define requirements with data teams.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and present effectively to small and large groups across functions and senior/mid-level management.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with high organization and customer focus.
