Key Responsibilities

  • •Support requirements management and system specification for defence and aerospace products.
  • •Contribute to research, design and development, including systems modelling and integration.
  • •Assist with qualification, certification and acceptance activities for systems.
  • •Provide product support while learning schedule, cost and stakeholder management.
  • •Work across systems engineering deployment areas including Mission Systems, Flight Systems, Electromagnetics and Test & Evaluation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 34,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Physics, Mathematics, Aerospace, Technology, Systems or Engineering.
  • •Achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (with further National Security Vetting for higher-level roles).
  • •Support requirements management and system specification activities as part of graduate systems engineering programmes.
  • •Be prepared for a role expected to attend the site 3–5 days per week.
  • •Be willing to be deployed into systems engineering areas such as Mission Systems, Flight Systems, Electromagnetics, and Test & Evaluation.
