Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mid- to long-term improvement initiatives to enhance production performance, safety, and process reliability.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to execute BTIP and implement new technologies and improvement projects.
  • •Document process improvements, technologies, and changes for future use and knowledge retention.
  • •Maintain understanding of PSM elements to ensure projects and operations align with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • •Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions, and support mentorship for junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  • •Background in manufacturing processes and methods to optimize production systems.
  • •Familiarity with PSM regulations and elements.
  • •Experience leading improvement projects and mentoring junior engineers.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence and drive change.
