  • •Investigate the airworthiness status of the Qantas fleet via airworthiness review processes.
  • •Review aircraft/component/maintenance records and Maintenance Information System reports.
  • •Carry out physical surveys of aircraft and complete reviews with accuracy and to strict deadlines to support issuing Airworthiness Review Certificates.
  • •Identify airworthiness compliance risks and contribute to continuous improvement of continuing airworthiness systems and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical or equivalent, as recognised by Engineers Australia.

  • •Desire to acquire knowledge of the aircraft’s certification basis, structure and systems.
  • •Accuracy and high attention to detail for completing review processes to strict deadlines.
  • •Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and communicate complex technical information clearly in written and verbal form.
