•Drive the product vision and roadmap for Clio Grow’s client intake and AI-enabled lead workflow, aligning with Director’s strategy and cross-functional stakeholders
•Lead with AI-driven automation to simplify how lawyers intake clients from first outreach to signed agreements
•Champion product-led growth through intuitive onboarding and automation to boost user adoption and growth
•Perform customer and market research to identify opportunities, build unbiased business cases, and set prioritization aligned with OKRs
•Ship end-to-end features by partnering with Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 137,500 - 186,100 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment with a track record of shipping mission-critical products at scale
•Experience building or managing AI-driven products and leveraging machine learning to solve real user problems
•Prior experience in Legal or Legal tech is a significant asset (e.g., practicing lawyer, legal operations, or AI-powered solutions)
•Strong execution and ownership mentality, delivering outcomes throughout the product lifecycle
•Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with ability to drive decisions under uncertainty
