Key Responsibilities

  • •Take customer call-ins after initial training and dispatch drivers appropriately while recording turned-in loads.
  • •Correct driver log issues in the Xata application.
  • •Schedule drivers/trucks to meter provings and trucks and coordinate dispatch data entry.
  • •Use computer systems to look up lease/tank/operator and ticket details by destination; record and disseminate special haul instructions.
  • •Prepare dispatch reports and track/file reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules while resolving ticket disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to speak, read and write in English.
