Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the onboarding of American Express card acceptance with merchants and the care of sales channels and teams within Global Merchant Services (GMS), including merchant acquisition and client/partner management.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts, including merchants, partners, and third parties.
  • •Analyze business/data and requirements for team and project needs; package results into actionable recommendations.
  • •Coordinate implementation activities with merchants and third parties and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Contribute to local and European projects related to technical rollout and continuous development of card acceptance; create project materials, status reports, and presentations.
