  • •Develop and maintain operations and maintenance training technical content, including presentations and accompanying materials.
  • •Create and maintain technical manuals covering system functional theory, operations, preventive/corrective maintenance, schematics, and illustrated parts breakdowns.
  • •Assess engineering data for impacts to existing technical content and keep training materials current.
  • •Research technical documentation and subject matter expert input to design effective learning and documentation solutions.
  • •Deliver instructor-led classroom training and evaluate training effectiveness; interface with DoD customers and international partners.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience in training instruction and training development in a military or civilian environment.
  • •Experience with the AN/TPY-2 system and/or similar missile defense system.
  • •Ability to analyze technical documentation and training materials while working independently and collaborating across engineering disciplines.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft 365 applications.
