Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to improve RFID converting production process performance.
•Manage process standardization and ensure the production team follows process requirements.
•Support the RFID converting production team to improve product quality.
•Provide technical and process training for assistant engineers, clerks, and printing operators.
•Investigate process-related quality issues, identify root causes, and develop solutions; support daily operations and continuous improvement as assigned.

Key Requirements

•College education or above.
•2+ years of experience in printing engineering; Flexo printing experience preferred.
•Strong understanding of printing color and ink mixing capability.
•Understanding of paper construction, especially self-adhesive paper.
•Good English reading and writing skills; proficient with computer operation (Office, Windows).
