Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, business-oriented compliance guidance to Public Sector stakeholders to help unblock deals and GTM execution across international markets.
  • •Localize Public Sector compliance guidance for priority countries/regions by translating global principles into locally workable approaches while keeping standards consistent.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver guardrails and options that support growth while appropriately managing risk.
  • •Build reusable playbooks, templates, and enablement to help teams move faster across regions with less reinvention.
  • •Lead internal investigations as needed and improve international consistency on escalation and responsible procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified attorney in good standing in an EMEA jurisdiction with several years of post-qualification experience (mix of in-house/law firm preferred).
  • •Experience advising on public sector procurement/government contracting or related compliance issues in EMEA, with comfort navigating multi-jurisdiction complexity.
  • •Ability to turn complex, fast-moving ambiguous issues into scalable guidance and usable systems (templates, playbooks, enablement).
  • •Clear communicator able to frame risk, options, and recommendations for executive stakeholders, with strong cross-functional influence.
  • •Investigations experience (scoping, interviews, evidence management, written outputs) is a plus, with sensitivity to local requirements and practices.
