Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for the full client relationship in the Key Private Client Program, helping individuals and small businesses reach financial wellness through plan-based advice. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and deliver or refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines, deepen relationships with existing clients, coordinate with branch and line-of-business partners, and ensure compliance while supporting branch operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by listening for opportunities in client conversations and delivering/referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Develop and maintain a referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and meeting client acquisition goals.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions, while supporting branch operations as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
