Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture for agentic systems, including reasoning/planning, tool/function calling, multi-agent coordination, routing, memory, and human-in-the-loop handoffs.
  • •Prototype new agentic capabilities and drive successful ones into production-grade systems with production-quality code.
  • •Build and integrate across the AI stack: RAG/knowledge services, model/tool routing, prompt/context management, orchestration runtimes, and inference serving.
  • •Stand up evaluation and experimentation strategy (offline suites, golden datasets, CI/CD regression gates, online evaluators, calibrated LLM-as-a-judge graders, A/B experiments) and define success metrics.
  • •Set technical direction across teams, mentor engineers, and create clear guidance for partners and customers.

Salary: USD 175,800 - 293,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building and operating scalable, production-grade software with significant recent depth in AI/ML.
  • •Experience designing, building, and shipping agentic AI systems (autonomous/multi-step workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and GenAI copilots) in production.
  • •Hands-on evaluation and experimentation frameworks for LLM/agentic systems (offline + online evals, LLM-as-a-judge, benchmarking, CI/CD gates, and production monitoring).
  • •Strong agentic engineering skills with modern agent/LLM frameworks such as LangGraph or Google ADK (or comparable).
  • •Experience with RAG and retrieval (vector stores, grounding, citations) and familiarity with AgentOps/LLMOps and production monitoring.
